The Kowloon East Region of the Hong Kong Police Force held the first inter-departmental tabletop exercise, codenamed WINGEDTIGER, for the Kai Tak Sports Park at the Kowloon East Regional Headquarters on October 25 to enhance collaboration and immediate response capabilities of various departments and relevant stakeholders when responding to emergencies during large-scale events.
