The Correctional Services Department and the Hong Kong Metropolitan University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on October 24 to provide more comprehensive support for persons in custody who wish to continue their studies.

The Correctional Services Department and the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen learning support for persons in custody on October 24.
