The Secretary for Security, Mr Tang Ping-keung, led 28 members of the Security Bureau Youth Uniformed Group Leaders Forum and students of Shenzhen University, the Forum's partner, to conduct a six-day study tour to Henan Province for a better understanding of the country's history and culture, as well as its modern development.
