To echo the 10th National Security Education Day, the Immigration Service Institute of Training and Development held an open day on April 12, drawing the participation of over 4 000 citizens. The open day featured a range of activities, including introduction and demonstrations of the daily work of the Immigration Department (ImmD), exhibitions, guided tours and booth games, with the aim to raise public awareness of national security and strengthen their sense of national identity through interactive experiences, while highlighting the ImmD's values and mission in defending against national security risks and firmly guarding the country's southern gateway.
