The Civil Aid Service (CAS) and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 6 to underpin a closer collaboration. They will jointly nurture Hong Kong's young generations by providing multifaceted learning and exchange opportunities.
