Led by the Secretary for Security, Mr Tang Ping-keung, members of the Security Bureau Youth Uniformed Group Leaders Forum and non-Chinese speaking students of Project Lighthouse launched their visit to Shaanxi and Beijing on August 14 to enhance their understanding of the history, culture and latest development of the country.
