The Fire Services Department and the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on September 30. Witnessed by the Chief Executive Officer of the HKIA Services Holdings Limited, Mr Ng Chi-kee (back row, left), and the Director of Fire Services, Mr Andy Yeung (back row, right), the President of the HKIAA, Mr Simon Li (front row, left), and Deputy Chief Fire Officer (Operational Support and Professional Development), Mr Ng Chan-leung (front row, right), signed the MoU to jointly nurture emergency response specialists for aviation incidents for the aviation industry of the Belt and Road Initiative.
